Sandra is a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and has over 5 years experience in the HR consulting industry. With a Masters of Management/Business, Sandra has a strong business partnering mindset and has previously assisted organisations across industries to successfully implement HR & business initiatives that enhance the professional development of employees and ensuring future success the organisation.
Sandra plays a pivotal role in managing end to end human resource requirements for the firm. She collaborates with various teams within the practice to manage performance, encourages and facilitates professional development programs for our staff, co-ordinates all recruitment requirements and manages the induction and ongoing mentoring programs within the firm.
In addition to the role Sandra performs within the firm, her expertise is regularly provided to business clients of the firm who otherwise can’t access in-house HR expertise. She supports business clients in payroll, HR consulting and general HR challenges.

Sandra is a dual French and Australian Citizen and now considers both countries home. She is fluent in French and is currently developing her Spanish language skills. Sandra is an active contributor to the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce and keeps her French language skills honed by conversing in French at Chamber meetings.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling, dancing, roller skating, cooking and generally keeping fit.
